Designed by KPMB Architects and Adamson Associates Architects, the 44-storey east tower of Brookfield Office Properties' Bay Adelaide Centre continues to fill up with new tenants. The project recently had its exterior cleaned of construction dust and grime, and a photo by UrbanToronto Forum contributor ChesterCopperpot captured during the cleaning process reveals the contrast between the clean and dirty curtain wall glazing.
