With a Grand Opening now underway, sales have begun for the second phase of Tridel’s three-tower master planned Islington Terrace community, situated immediately to the northwest of Islington Station on the TTC’s Bloor-Danforth Line 2. Sales of suites at the 45-storey central tower proved very successful last year, and it is now being followed by the second phase 38-storey 'Bloorvista'.

Bloorvista will add 343 condominium units to the Kirkor Architects-designed community, with suites ranging in size from 407 square feet to 976 square feet and priced from $213,500 to $581,000. A selection of townhouse units are also being offered at Bloorvista, with sizes ranging from 1,381 to 1,545 square feet, and prices between $780,000 and $860,000. Residents of all three of Islington Terrace's towers will enjoy a selection of both indoor and amenity spaces, many of which will take advantage of an extensively landscaped terrace atop the building's podium.

As sales get underway for Bloorvista, Islinton Terrace's first phase central tower is now gearing up for the start of construction. The TTC surface parking lot that most recently occupied the development site was closed a few weeks ago, and in the time since, construction trailers have begun to repopulate the fenced-off lot in anticipation of final site clearing and shoring.

The Islington Terrace development will put its residents within steps of Islington subway station, allowing residents to commute to Bloor-Yonge in about 20 minutes, or via quick transfers to the Financial Core at St. George. With a near-perfect Transit Score of 98, the location offers ample transit accessibility at a price point in line with the developing neighbourhood.

Occupancy in Islington Terrace's first phase central tower is currently targeted to start in Summer 2018, while occupancy for the Bloorvista phase is slated for Spring 2019.
