Construction is now wrapping up at the Bathurst and Adelaide site of Harhay Developments and Carttera Private Equitiesoneeleven Condos, with occupancies now underway up to the 15th floor of the 17-storey, Core Architects-designed condominium development. As the project's 255 units continue to fill with new residents, finishing touches continue to take shape within the project's common spaces.

Residents entering the project from its main Bathurst Street residential entrance will be greeted by a striking lobby space of rich textures and colours, appointed by renowned interior designers II BY IV DESIGN. If lobbies are meant to set the tone of a building, then oneeleven's lobby is meant to set your expectations for quality reasonably high.

The standout element here are two undulating wooden feature walls on one side of the lobby, facing a blue tiger's eye stone wall around the concierge station. While the lobby's major features are complete, a few final touches are still to be put in place around the lounge space.

Comparing the pre-construction rendering below with the photos of the existing space, a few differences can be seen, including changes to the floor tile patterning and a revised overhead lighting system. Other differences are only temporary, and the addition of more lounge furniture and decor will soon bring the space closer to the look depicted in renderings.
