Ahead of Diamante's launch of Diamond Condominiums on Yonge this year, we've previewed the Toronto project's interiors and amenities, alongside a brief overview of the previous development applications on the site. Now, as sales for the 30-storey tower get underway, the floorplans for the 385-unit development have been released, offering an early look at the suite interiors.

Designed by Scott Shields Architects, the project's units range in size from 439 ft² to 977 ft². One, two, and three-bedroom configurations are available, with the variety of living spaces designed to appeal to a fairly diverse range of buyers. Staking a place along North York's growing Yonge Street corridor, the project—located between Sheppard and Finch—offers an entry point into the housing market, with homes like the one-bedroom 'Suite 10' within reach for many first-time buyers.

Featuring relatively clearly delineated spaces, the compact unit's sizeable balcony is a particular highlight for the suite. Both the bedroom and the living area open up to the outdoor space, which spans the width of the suite. At 104 ft², the balcony is one the building's larger outdoor spaces, though each of Diamond Condos units features a private outdoor area. In addition, a street-level private garden—with landscaping by Ferris + Associates—will be available to all residents as one of the project's amenities.

At 661 ft², the two-bedroom 'Suite 15' is among the development's mid-sized homes. Featuring a larger living room and an ensuite bathroom in the master bedroom, this north-facing suite features a somewhat smaller, though reasonably sized, 61 ft² balcony.

At the larger end, the 839 ft² 'Suite 16' offers a potentially family-friendly three-bedroom layout. The east-facing unit includes an 85 ft² balcony, while the suite can be configured with either an ensuite for the master bedroom, or a shared bathroom accessible from the hallway.

Finally, the 977 ft² 'Churchill' is the project's largest suite. As with the unit above, this suite—available on floors 5 through 15—can be configured to accommodate buyer needs. In this case, the condo can be arranged in either a two-bedroom + den or three-bedroom layout, with the windowless third bedroom—equipped with a sliding glass door—receiving indirect sunlight via the living room. At 152 ft², the west-facing unit also boasts the building's largest balcony.

We will keep you updated as the marketing progresses, and the start of construction approaches. In the meantime, a full overview of Diamond's suite layouts is available on the project's website.
