We've run several front page stories covering the construction of Oxford Properties' EY Tower in Downtown Toronto. We are paying a lot of attention to this office tower as it is not only a major new building in our core, but it also includes the reconstruction of the Art Deco facade of the Concourse Building which used to stand on part of the site. For today's Photo of the Day you get another look at the work, a real standout at that.

UrbanToronto contributor drum118 got lots of shots of the building recently, posting them here—and all are worth seeing—but the shot above in particular just had to be highlighted! The colours and detail at the top of the reconstituted Concourse's south and east walls is unmatched in the rest of the city, and we are privileged to get such a great view of it! We can't wait to see the whole building finished.

Check out the links below if you want to see more photos of this significant new building. Otherwise, want to see your work featured as Photo of the Day? Head over to the City Photos & Videos section of the Forum, or submit your images to the new and improved UrbanToronto Flickr Pool for your chance to be featured on our Front Page!
