Sales continue for Lotus Condos by Chestnut Hill Developments and Fortress Real Developments, a 12-storey, Kirkor Architects Planners-designed development coming to Sheppard Avenue and Kenaston Gardens, steps from Bayview Station on the TTC's Line 4.

The development will have 244 studio, one and two bedroom condominium units, with prices starting in the low $300,000s. The building will also sport 249 square metres of ground floor retail space, while there will also be 227 square metres of on-site parkland.

A video was recently added to Lotus' website showing the highlights of the development and the rapdily evolving surrounding neighbourhood, including remarks from project principals like Clifford Korman of Kirkor Architects, Matt Bernstein of Terraplan Landscape Architects, and interior designer Mike Niven. 

Lotus is now offering a limited time promotion where buyers pay just 5% down towards their new unit.
