In festive a move, Fernbrook Homes and Cityzen Development Group are providing a one-time exclusive offer to anyone interested in purchasing their prized, two-bedroom corner suite with lakefront views, at their Tower at Pier 27. Over these last two weeks of 2015, the purchase of this spacious, 685 square foot suite will receive two years of free maintenance as part of this limited time offer.
According to Danny Salvatore, President of Fernbrook Homes, one of the "most prized suites" in the new, 35-storey tower, the two-bedroom suite will provide panoramic views of Lake Ontario thanks to its large, wrap-around balcony. Priced at $552,900, the coveted corner suite will provide an urban refuge for anyone desirous of living near the Financial District in the city's core.
Located just to the south of Queen's Quay at the foot of Yonge Street, and right at the water's edge, the Tower at Pier 27, designed by architectsAlliance's Peter Clewes, places its residents at the heart of the city while maintaining a sense of the serene and of nature thanks to its direct connection Lake Ontario. Part of the ongoing redevelopment of Toronto's waterfront, Pier 27 will join the Harbourfront Centre, Sugar Beach, and Sherborne Common, along with the host of new condo developments completed and underway, stretching along the water's edge—connected by the Martin Goodman Trail and by transit along Queen's Quay—from Bathurst to Parliament.
Once complete, the Tower at Pier 27 will comprise a total of 336 suites over 35-storeys, including a 9-storey podium.
