As construction approaches completion for Tridel's Avani, sales are heating up for the 35-storey Graziani + Corazza Architects-designed condominium tower's second phase twin, Avani2. The new addition will bring 363 new homes to the growing Metrogate Community at Highway 401 and Kennedy Road in Scarborough, including the recently-released Diamond Collection, occupying the six uppermost floors in the tower.

Avani2's Diamond Collection is offering open-concept 1 and 2 bedroom layouts, many of which will feature media lofts or dens, featuring 9-foot ceilings and views of the adjacent Metrogate Park and the surrounding city. Prices for Avani2's Diamond Collection suites start from the mid $200,000s.

Diamond Collection and lower floor residents alike will have access to several amenities located within a space called Club Avani, which will include a fitness centre, a Yoga studio, steam rooms, a theatre, a fireplace lounge, a private dining room with a prep kitchen, a billiards lounge, and a spacious party room/bar area. Club Avani will be located in the two towers' shared podium levels, half of which has already been built into the base of phase one, currently sealed off on one end by knockout walls and awaiting phase two.

Once complete, Avani and Avani2 will become the fifth and sixth towers in the Metrogate community, along with sibling twin-tower developments Ventus at Metrogate and Solaris at Metrogate. Townhome blocks and the central park complete the master-planned community.
