With construction work on First Avenue Properties' W Towns expected to begin by early next week, the 48 unit townhouse project in Toronto's Weston neighbourhood is now nearly sold out, with only five final suites remaining. The sales centre for the three-building development has now closed to the public, and is now open by appointment only, giving prospective buyers a final chance to preview the project before construction.

The project, designed by Patrick Markus Luckie of pml.A, will bring a collection of generously sized, three-storey townhouses to the market, ranging in size from 1,300 to 1,335 ft². With columns of balconies rising above ground-level garden areas, each unit will boast multiple outdoor spaces, while the three-bedroom and three-bedroom + den layouts provide generous living spaces in an increasingly crowded market.

Inside, the suites will feature luxuriant accents—including oak-finished staircases, as well as pedestal sinks European-style vanities in the powder rooms—and a modern atmosphere. The living and dining areas (as well as hallways) will feature laminate flooring, while a choice of broadlooms will be available in all non-laminated and non-tiled areas.

With the start of construction now imminent, the Weston Village project is soon to add a new presence to the established neighbourhood. The area combines nearby shopping and amenities with the tranquil ambiance of the Humber River, with the balanced character of the neighbourhood providing a particularly good fit for families.

Set to rise in an increasingly transit-oriented part of Toronto, residents of W Towns will have a short walk from the Weston GO and UPX station, while drivers will be situated a few minutes from Highways 401 and 400, providing convenient connections to other parts of the city.

As construction begins, we will make sure to keep you updated on progress at the site. In the meantime, you can learn more about W Towns by visiting our dataBase page for the project, linked below.
