As construction of The Daniels Corporation's The Bartholomew begins to push above grade in the Regent Park community, new renderings are giving us a taste of the amenity offerings that will be available to residents of the 13-storey Quadrangle Architects-designed condominium upon completion.

The building's ground level will include a lobby featuring a concierge station, as well as a lounge designed to be conducive for relaxation of residents or their guests.

The Bartholomew will also feature a central courtyard, framed by the 13-storey condo building to the east, and enclosed by townhome blocks on the three remaining sides. The courtyard will offer seating areas, walking paths, open green space, and the community gardening plots which have become a popular inclusion in many Daniels Corporation developments.

The courtyard can also be experienced from an intimate terrace offering barbecue and dining spaces, which is attached to the development's main amenity level, dubbed Club Bart. Club Bart will offer residents a party room with a catering kitchen and seating, as well as a media lounge.

Club Bart will also include a professional fitness/Yoga studio, outfitted with a WELLBEATS™ virtual training system that allows residents to enjoy one-on-one fitness classes, or to learn Yoga and Zumba from a professional instructor via a large screen projector.

Once complete, The Bartholomew will have added 159 condominium suites and 30 townhome units to the fast-changing Regent Park community, putting residents in close proximity to new neighbourhood amenities like the Regent Park Aquatic Centre and the Daniels Spectrum. The Bartholomew is just one of the Daniels Corporation's market condominiums of the Regent Park Revitalization project's second phase, which also includes the new community facilities, and affordable housing from Toronto Community Housing Corporation (TCHC).
