Another high-rise is beginning to impact the ever denser Entertainment District, as Lifetime Developments and Ink Entertainment's Bisha Hotel and Residences rises into the neighbourhood skyline. The 44-storey Wallman Architects-designed hotel and condo tower now stands at a height of 17 storeys over Blue Jays Way, just south of King Street West.

As the tower grows taller, the first signs of exterior details are now visible on the building's six-storey podium. The three-storey 1834 heritage façade is now flanked by new brick two-storey walls with an appearance similar to the heritage façade. Above it and the newly installed brick sections, cladding installation has begun to seal off the podium levels.

The building is being clad in dark-tinted window wall framed with dark grey mullions. The central mass of the podium, as well as the tower floors above, will feature copper-brown fins running up the length of the tower. This feature, which will accentuate the building's verticality, is very similar to the ornamentation used on another recently-completed Wallman-designed Lifetime project, The Yorkville Condos at Davenport Avenue at McMurrich Street.
