It has been a few months since our last update on the construction of Lifetime DevelopmentsThe Bond, a 42-storey condominium development now rising in Toronto's vibrant Entertainment District. When we last checked in back in May on the construction progress of the Core Architects-designed development, concrete had just reached the seventh floor and forming of the podium levels was nearly complete.

In the time since, crews have gotten into the rhythm of forming and pouring the repeated layout of the building's tower floors, and the tower has been able to rise significantly. Now reaching the 19th level, the new development now stands just a few levels shy of the halfway point towards its final height.

As construction progresses, sales continue on the development's remaining suites. These suites—now being marketed as the 'Connected Collection'—have been added to the development following to a two-storey height increase approved by Toronto's Committee of Adjustment. Included in this limited release is a spacious penthouse unit, which Lifetime Developments is promoting with a flythrough video that shows off the suite's Tomas Pearce Interior Design Consulting Inc-designed interiors and large terraces.

Additional information and renderings of The Bond can be found in our dataBase file, linked below. Want to get involved in the discussion? Check out the associated Forum threads, or leave a comment in the space provided at the bottom of this page.
