A few months after the official groundbreaking for VANDYK group of companies' The Craftsman Condominium Residences, a new video series is playing up the development's strengths and those of the surrounding Clarkson Village community.

The first video in the 'Clarkson in Minutes' series highlights the four-storey, SMV Architects-designed development's proximity to the natural scenery of Rattray Marsh Conservation Area, offering 94 acres of woodland habitats and environmentally rich wetland. The video faithfully depicts the approximately seven-minute walk between the development site and the conservation area, sped up for ease of viewing, before leading the viewer along the conservation area's scenic trails to Lake Ontario.

With The Craftsman now under construction, we look forward to seeing more videos in the 'Clarkson in Minutes' series, highlighting some of the other neighbourhood amenities that will be awaiting residents of the completed condominium community.
