Growing demand and high absorption rates for condominium apartment inventory, and several condominium projects under way in downtown Toronto have left many to wonder how high the price-per-square-foot will go. The MLS® Home Price Index reports a rise in apartment prices in the Greater Toronto Area of 0.86% month-over-month, and 4.66% year-over-year.
With listings passing the $1,000 per-square-foot mark, the price of a reasonably-sized condo in Old Toronto may likely be in the millions.
