This past weekend marked an important occasion for Diam Developments' On the Danforth Condos, with the new east end development having celebrated its registrant launch on Saturday and Sunday. A week before, we were given the opportunity to tour the nearly-complete presentation centre for a sneak peek as finishing touches were under way, and we returned again on Saturday for our first look of the now-complete showroom's model suite.
The presentation centre, including the model suite, was appointed by EsQape Design. The two-bedroom plus den model suite gives prospective buyers a look at some options for On The Danforth's 135 units, which are priced starting from the mid-$200,000s. The model suite's kitchen boasts warm finishes and designer appliances, including a kitchen island with built-in under-counter microwave.
The warm theme carries over to the living space, which offers a central dining area adjacent to the main seating area. Beyond this room, a representation of the building's balconies shows off the city views awaiting residents of the development.
space is also connected to a den, perfect for a home office, finished in a white and green theme that represents the branding for the condominium development, and simultaneously adds a playful touch to this space.
Immediately adjacent to the den lies the smaller of the two bedrooms.
Opposite the first bedroom, a spacious master bedroom with ensuite bathroom features the similar neutral warm tones as those found through the rest of the suite.
There is plenty more to see at the presentation centre for this 10-storey, Onespace Unlimited-designed condominium development, and we will return int he future with an in depth look at the project's scale model.
In the meantime, additional information and renderings for On The Danforth can be found in the project's dataBase file, linked below. Want to get involved in the discussion? Check out the associated Forum threads, or leave a comment using the space provided at the bottom of this page.
