Located in the heart of Downtown Toronto, INDX Condos sets out to bring new life to a corner of the core where street life is lacking outside of business hours. The CentreCourt Developments and Lifetime Developments project is bringing a new 54-storey, Page + Steele/IBI Group Architects-designed tower to Temperance Street at Sheppard Street in the Bay and Adelaide area.

At the time of our last update, INDX Condos had risen to a height of ten storeys, and a canopy had been installed over Temperance Street in order to protect both pedestrians and vehicles from any potential falling debris from the construction above. In the time since, INDX has progressed roughly halfway towards its final height, meanwhile glazing installation is progressing up the tower, now sealing off the lower third of the building.

Once completed, residents of INDX Condos will enjoy a host of amenities designed by Cecconi Simone, including several spaces for socializing, while activity-optimized spaces include a golf room, a fitness centre with both cardio and strength training equipment, an outdoor terrace with a water feature wall, an outdoor space with cabanas and barbecues.
