One of the many new condominium offerings coming to market in the Yonge and Eglinton area, Freed Developments and CD Capital are following on the heels of their successful 155 Redpath project now under construction at Redpath and Roehampton, with a sister tower called 150 Redpath Condominiums, to be built just across the street from it. Located just north of Eglinton Avenue between Yonge and Mount Pleasant, these two new developments are replacing two groups of single-family homes, and adding to the growing community of high-rises on Roehampton Avenue.
Designed by architectsAlliance, 150 Redpath is a variation on the theme established at 155 Redpath. This tower will rise 38 storeys, four floors higher than 150 Redpath, and offer 543 condominium units ranging in size from 331 square-feet to 1,747 square feet.
The development will feature common areas and amenity spaces appointed by architecture and interior design firm Johnson Chou Inc. At ground level residents of the development will enter via a grand, two-storey lobby space with a waiting lounge and a 24-hour concierge service.
Amenities at 150 Redpath will include an outdoor infinity pool & overflow hot tub with shower, a poolside cabana lounge, sunbathing area, a fireplace and gas fire pit lounge, and barbecues with private dining areas. Residents will also enjoy a large party room with demo kitchen and bar, and an indoor dining and lounge area which will be connected to a private outdoor dining area. Other amenities being offered include a spa with a hot stone therapy room, a steam room, a fitness facility, and a sports bar lounge with golf simulator, bar, games tables, and TV lounge area.
Just across the street, excavation is already well under way and progressing quickly at the site of 155 Redpath.
