On St. Clair west of Avenue Road, Madison Homes and Fieldgate Homes' ZIGG Condos will be a notable addition to the neighbourhood, bringing increased density to a block currently occupied by single-family homes.
The 11-storey, Kirkor Architects-designed development is offering 166 condominium units ranging in size from 500 square feet up to 1,776 square feet, available in one, two, three-bedroom and townhome plans. Several of these spaces will be located on the building's ground floor, including a dining room with kitchen and suspended fireplace, a private fitness centre, a multi-purpose party room with lounge seating, a bar, billiard table, and large-screen TVs.
Residents at ZIGG will also have access to a rooftop amenity terrace featuring barbecues and dining areas, sitting/lounging areas, a fireplace, an indoor bar, and impressive views of downtown.
