Last month we took you inside of the Trump Residences Toronto for a look at a 3 bedroom-4 bathroom-4,300 square-foot penthouse suite. Luxurious interiors are a major selling point for the 118 suites in the 58-storey condo and hotel tower in Toronto's Financial District, and residents of the condo suites have access to the same luxury amenities as the hotel guests staying in the building's five-star hotel.

Included in the amenity offerings is a warm, 65-foot indoor saltwater infinity-edge lap pool, situated 32 floors above the Bay-Adelaide intersection, with spectacular views of the city to the north and east. The walls of the pool area are clad in book-matched Calacatta marble, all cut from the same slab. The marble finish was selected by Dan Menchions of II By IV Design Associates for its resemblance to a swimmer mid-breaststroke.

The classic styling is juxtaposed by the use of modern technology. Swimmers in the pool can listen to relaxing music while underwater, thanks to three newly-installed omni-directed underwater dispersion speakers. Adjacent to the saltwater pool, residents and hotel guests alike have access to a two-level spa, state-of-the-art fitness centre, infrared sauna and cleanstream ‘spa tub’.

Some of the other Five-Star Hotel amenities being offered to Trump residents include in-room dining and full catering, dedicated concierge, security, house car valet and housekeeping, along with preferred access to the hotel's America Restaurant and The Lobby Bar.

While residents and hotel guests will share amenity spaces, residents of the building's suites will have access to exclusive offerings like a residents-only Sky Lobby on the 32nd floor, and access to a separate ground-floor elevator lobby.
