March was a very busy month at UrbanToronto, where big news like the reveal of Mizrahi DevelopmentsThe One and a revised design for DiamondcorpAllied REIT, and RioCan's The Well gave us plenty to talk about. We also got our first real look at big new projects like Daniels Waterfront and the finalists for the redesign of the Jack Layton Ferry Terminal. It was such a big month in fact, that the very popular stories on Westbank's redevelopment plans for Honest Ed's and Mirvish Village—to be called Bloor and Bathurst—just missed out on being in the Top Ten (so we're giving it a little play here). Here's what did make our lists:

Menkes' Sun Life Financial Tower is growing taller and taller at 1 York Street, while the attached Harbour Plaza Residences condo towers are just starting to rise from the development's shared podium. With Target's retreat from Canada a large chunk of retail space in the Sun Life/Harbour Plaza complex is now up for grabs, generating plenty of speculation about who could go in there in our Forum thread for the project.
