Mississauga started off as a small suburb of Toronto, and has since grown to become a large urban centre, and our country's 6th largest city. The suburb's growing downtown is bringing new levels of density to the city, but subdivision housing remains a dominant force in Mississauga, occupying massive swaths of land. In today's Photo of the Day, submitted to the UrbanToronto Flickr Pool by Empty Quarter, we are taken high above the clusters of high-rise buildings and large subdivisions that make up the urban landscape of Mississauga.
