The Lash Group and The Goldman Group are bringing a new condominium development to the southeast edge of Toronto's Humewood neighbourhood. On Bathurst Street just north of St. Clair, The Barrington Condominium Flats will be an 18-storey, Richmond Architects-designed condo tower offering just 93 units, ranging in size from 555 to 2,177 square feet, with prices starting in the mid $300,000s.

To the north of the residential lobby doors, The Barrington's ground floor will feature canopy-protected retail fronting onto Bathurst Street. Inside the doors, residents and guests will find a concierge and guest seating in the intimate lobby.

Upstairs, the Barrington's 93 units offer finishes selected by award winning interior designers, Tanner Hill and Associates, including antique nickel finish lever door handles and 5-inch painted baseboards, and 2-inch casings. Kitchens feature granite or quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, as well as touches like designer selected ceiling mounted track lighting, under valance cabinet lighting, and designer selected backsplashes. Ceilings are approximately 9-feet high in living areas, with floor-to-ceiling windows, looking out onto private balconies or terraces, accessed via hinged or sliding doors.

Suites at The Barrington also offer in-suite laundry with white stacked washer and dryer vented to the exterior. Residents will enjoy amenities like a lounge with kitchen and dining space, and a fitness centre with yoga and aerobics area, while an outdoor terrace lounge with views over the city will feature a barbecue.

The development's five-level parking garage will be split between three below-grade storeys and two above, and will be served by two automated car elevators which will shuttle cars to and from their assigned parking level. This feature eliminates the need for ramps and much of the ventilation normally included in parking garages, and requiring less space overall. The Barrington will also offer a car sharing program for residents who drive but don't own a car.
