North of Eglinton Avenue West, the western branch of the TTC's Line 1 runs in an at-grade right of way between the northbound and southbound lanes of the Allen Expressway. In today's Photo of the Day, which was submitted to the UrbanToronto Flickr Pool by Vik Pahwa, we are given a north facing view of the subway tracks and Yorkdale Station, as seen from the Flemington Road overpass.
