With construction now complete and tenants moved in to RBC WaterPark Place III, RBC has vacated 274,100 square feet of office space out of the total 297,065 square feet in the H&R REIT managed 320 Front Street West, located at the northeast corner of Front and Blue Jays Way. Since RBC's lease ended on December 31st, 231,170 square feet of the former RBC space has been scooped up by TD Bank, who are signing on for approximately 11 years.

The move will happen in three phases: with 96,090 square feet effective June 1, 2015;  99,312 square feet effective October 1, 2015; and, 35,768 square feet effective August 1, 2016.  Another 53,500 square feet of the former RBC space has been leased to Penguin Random House Canada effective November 2015 for 10.5 years.
