A new mid-rise residential development by TASMain and Main Developments and First Capital Reality will be coming soon to Kingston Road in Scarborough. Kingston&Co Condominiums will bring a 10-storey, Teeple Architects-designed condominium development to the area, offering 140 residential units, ranging in size from studios to three-bedroom + den models.

Several models of floor plans are being offered, and every two weeks, a new floor plan is being featured as 'Suite of the Week'. The limited time promotion offers a free gas hook-up and a $3000 upgrade package complimentary with the purchase of the floor plan currently being featured.

Kingston&Co is also offering events for both the community and interested purchasers, with two events upcoming over the next couple of weeks. 'Spaces, Places, Faces: The Intersection of Art & Design' will feature a panel discussion moderated by the Globe and Mail's Alex Bozikovic about how art and design can benefit a community. The following event is titled 'Making a Smart Move: Downsizing', and it continues TAS' Making a Smart Move series. The series focuses on the growing market of downsizers, featuring an expert panel with advice on how to make an informed move from a large home to a more efficient condominium unit.
