With such a large volume of new housing coming onto the market, it can be difficult if not overwhelming to make an informed condominium purchase for both investors and end-users. To help educate prospective buyers on various topics like making a smart purchase, investing or even downsizing, a seminar is being held tomorrow evening at the site of Kingston&Co Condominiums, a new condominium development in Scarborough by TASMain and Main Developments and First Capital Reality.

The seminar, titled Making a Smart Move, will feature a panel of experts with a wealth of knowledge on the many things that buyers need to know before buying a condominium. The panel will discuss the common issues facing condominium buyers, ranging from financial to legal, which will be followed up by a Q&A session to answer any of the guests' unresolved questions. Speakers at the event will include David Feld of Feld Kalia Barristers & Solicitors, Jay Tenorio of RBC Financial, Ellen Braganca, a mortgage specialist at RBC, and Lynne Gilchrist of RBC Mobile Mortgage Specialists.
