Demolition crews have been busy for the past few months, clearing and preparing the site of Aragon Properties' Enigma on the Park, a daringly designed condominium coming to a Bloordale neighbourhood site near Lansdowne between Dundas and Bloor. A well-established neighbourhood which can be described as newly rediscovered, Bloordale's two neighbouring main streets are gaining trend-setting new restaurants, cafés, and bars, while the shops increasingly reflect the needs of the young professionals who are moving in. Enigma, on which construction will commence this later this fall, is poised to make tangible the talk that this area is Toronto's next 'it' spot. This Saturday, Enigma's newly designed presentation centre will open to the public.

Designed by Quadrangle Architects, the 9-storey, 86-unit development is quite the departure from the typical mid-rise developments we see in the Greater Toronto Area. Canted window edges and angled walls in many of the suites will make for some very dramatic spaces and unique views of the surrounding city. The striking design carries through to the details of the suites, with standard finishes that rival upgrades in many developments. Units at Enigma will feature nine-foot high flat ceilings, choice of wide-plank engineered hardwood flooring and reclaimed brick feature walls.

Kitchens at Enigma will include contemporary cabinetry, quartz countertops and backsplashes, under cabinet puck lighting, stainless steel appliances including gas stoves, built in ovens and microwaves, as well as integrated refrigerators and dishwashers. Enigma's bathrooms will feature dual flush toilets, quartz vanity with Kohler under mount sink.

The Presentation Centre opens at noon on Saturday, September 27th on the site at 138 St. Helens Avenue, and will be open daily from 12pm - 5pm, closed on Fridays.
