Contemporary townhome design is coming to the suburbs with developer KobenHavn's ParkLane, a new residential development at Lakeshore Road and Godfrey Lane in Mississauga. On the west edge of Port Credit, ParkLane is offering 18 four-storey Turner Fleischer Architects-designed townhomes ranging between 2,169 square-feet and 2,635 square-feet and starting in the $900,000s. A new cross section of one of the four-storey townhomes shows the arrangement of rooms including outdoor decks to take advantage of the homes' scenic setting.

Floor to ceiling windows offer views overlooking the 17.78 acre Brueckner Rhododendron Gardens located just across the lane, while inside, townhomes at ParkLane will feature Bryon Patton and Associates-designed layouts and finishes. In the rendering below, we get a taste of the contemporary kitchen designs being offered, as well as a hint of the lush greenery which surrounds the development.

A similar rendering shows the open concept kitchen in context with a living room, showing the abundance of natural light pouring through the space.
