More around-the-clock life is coming to Toronto's Financial District as construction continues on INDX Condos. The residential tower by Lifetime Developments and CentreCourt Developments will bring more residents to the densely built up area which is dominate by office buildings. The 54-storey Page + Steele / IBI Group Architects-designed condominium tower is now above grade with construction progressing on the first of the building's four podium levels.

The building's four-storey podium will rise to roughly the same height as the adjacent 1913-built Graphic Arts Building, also a residential property after a conversion in the early 2000s. INDX will rise an additional 50 storeys plus mechanical over its podium before topping off at 586 feet.

Located at the intersection of two quieter and shorter streets—Sheppard and Temperance—INDX feels tucked in behind and out of the way of the Financial District's busy-ness. The addition of 798 condominium units in this location will go a long way to adding life beyond business hours on these streets.

Considering the building's location only steps from King and Bay, (and they will be kitty corner from access to the 1,000+ shops, restaurants, and services of the PATH network), residents of INDX will have access to business-friendly building amenities including boardrooms, a poker room, and even a golf simulator with practice tees, amongst a full slate of other relaxation, recreation, and entertainment-oriented amenities.
