It has been a while since we last checked in on Lifetime Developments and CentreCourt Developments' INDX Condos, a 54-storey Page + Steele / IBI Group Architects-designed condominium tower under construction in Toronto's bustling Financial District. In the time since our last visit when excavation was only down a few metres, the excavation was completed and the building's five underground garage floors have been poured and the project has arrived at grade.

With the complicated garage now virtually complete, we can now expect concrete and rebar to begin rising above grade as the tower's 4-storey podium starts to develop.

INDX is set to make a big impact on Toronto's Financial District, to which it will add 798 condominium units and a major shot of street life to the primarily commercial district.
