A modern new townhome development is on its way to North York's Yonge and Finch neighbourhood. Hendon Park Towns is the latest project out of Wycliffe Homes and SRN Architects Inc. Designed with a contemporary and geometric look, Hendon Park's 113 units are sure to stand out in the amenity-rich area.

While Wycliffe's marque has been luxury homes designed in a traditional style, at Hendon Park they are moving to modern aesthetic, without abandoning their attention to detail. Wycliffe is known for its high quality product, with more than 10,000 now built across the GTA and beyond over the last 60 years.

SRN Architects Inc. was the creative mind behind Design Guild on Yonge Street and Unionville Square in Markham as well as many other projects across Ontario. Built with ivory stucco and sandstone brick with dark accents, clean lines, and large windows, Hendon Park Towns won't resemble any other project SRN has manifested.

Located right by Finch subway station and a Viva bus stop, detached homes in the Yonge and Finch area sell for well over $600,000, but Wycliffe is offering Hendon Park Towns purchasers privacy, space, and the lifestyle of detached living for just $389,900. The 113 units range in size from 705 square feet to 1,600 square feet and are laid out across five blocks.

The North York neighbourhood doesn't just offer great transit connections, it also features an abundance of parks, playgrounds, and splash pads for families.
