"Construction Starting Soon" reads the sign erected on the site of Trimuph Development's future Howard Park condos in the Roncesvalles Avenue and Dundas Street West area, and from what recent photos show, all that remains in the way is a little rubble clearance. Demolition has begun on the site of the future 8-storey mid-rise, and once fully cleared, construction will go into full swing and make the addition of this sleek, terraced development a reality.

The site once was home to aging garages and light industrial. Home owners across the street on the south side of Howard Park Avenue will no doubt glad to see residential coming opposite them in its place. The blue building seen below is next to come down.

With an eyecatching design by RAW Design architects, Howard Park will certainly be a very striking addition to the Roncesvalles Village with its terraces, greenery and uniquely angled design.
