Then. 299 Yonge Street, circa 1909. The Harold A. Wilson Co. Limited

Now. April 2013. Just relying on my own memory from the '60s, '70s and '80s, the Yonge Street side of Yonge-Dundas Square, from Dundas south, was occupied by: a clothing store, Coles Books, Howard Johnson Hotel and the Downtown Theatre. I'm guessing that Wilson's was cleared away for the construction of either the hotel or the theatre.
