Construction is set to begin on Bazis Inc., Metropia and Pure Plaza's Exhibit Residences at Avenue Road and Bloor Street West. After receiving all necessary approvals from the City, demolition of the site's existing buildings will begin in January with construction to start immediately after. Exhibit Residences is designed by Rosario Varacalli in a series of four stacked boxes, with the third "box" turned slightly off-centre for an interesting dimensional look. Its interiors are designed by Burdifilek. Exhibit will rise 32 storeys on a 9-storey podium at 200 Bloor Street West and is located right across from the ROM's Michael Lee-Chin Crystal. This project is scheduled for completion in 2014.
