Taken from the historic Park Hyatt Hotel at Avenue Road and Bloor, today's Photo of the Day comes to us via Forum member Jasonzed. The image looks south towards the central core, and manages to capture a large swath of recent downtown development in its frame. Directly in front is the ROM and its associated crystal, while over to the left you can see the recently completed Burano and the Bay Street Corridor. Behind Queens Park rises Phase 2 of the MaRs Discovery District, while further south the crane for Ice Condos reaches up towards the top of First Canadian Place. Stretching out from the right of the CN Tower are the towers of CityPlace and Lake Shore West.
