Although the Gardiner itself is not an attractive piece of infrastructure, the views afforded by the elevated expressway are always impressive. As it threads its way through the city, it provides an ideal vantage point to witness the tremendous amount of construction that is transforming downtown. Captured by Forum member wmedia, this evening shot shows an abundance of projects that are either still under construction or have recently been completed. In the foreground there is the final phase of the Infinity Condos immediately to the left of the two-tower Ice Condos. To the north, the crane for the new Delta Hotel is visible along with the recently finished Shangri-La, complete with its newly installed rooftop signage.
