Phase 1 of the Residences of Parkside Village is approaching the finish line in Mississauga, sparking a wave of shutterbugs in the area and subsequently our Forum. The low-rise component has topped off, with the two towers almost at their final heights. The third tower is just above ground level. Developed by Amacon, the project has been designed by E.I. Richmond Architects, with interiors by Union31.

The towers will reach 36, 45 and 36 storeys when finished, competing with Absolute World on the increasingly dense Mississauga skyline. The master planned community encompasses a staggering 30 acres or 11 blocks, within which 15 high-rises, 12 mid-rises and 10 low-rises will bring a definite urban feel to the city centre. Phase 1, or Residences, is located on block 8, the first of the 11 blocks to be developed. PSV is the latest development to be announced in the community, and will be built on block 7, on the corner of Burnhamthrope Road West and Confederation Parkway.
