Quite the Photo Of The Day today as taken by UrbanToronto Forum member trudeau1982. That's the newly installed crane at X2 Condominiums and it sure is sitting pretty close to the existing apartment complex to the south. So close that it looks like trudeau1982 could easily jump on to it from his apartment.
The following rendering shows what X2 will looking like when completed. And to the left of X2 we see the building from where today's photo was taken from.
Developed by Great Gulf Homes and Lifetime Developments, the brother to X The Condominium was designed by Wallman Architects. Interior design is by Cecconi Simone with landscape architecture by Janet Rosenberg + Associates.
