Streetcar Developments have just announced the launch of a cash incentive for The Carlaw, which borders the Leslieville and Riverdale areas of the city.

Buyers are being courted with: $3,000 discount on a one-bedroom unit; $5,000 discount on a one-bedroom-plus-den; and $10,000 off on a two-bedroom or two-bedroom plus den.

The Carlaw consists of a 12-storey building designed by Tact Architects and joins other developments in the area that are contributing to the revitalization of this part of the city. Now, with the help of Seven Haus Design, Streetcar have created customized model suites to showcase the units on offer. Check out some of the photos below.
