We've been reporting about Limelight Condominiums for a while now. Developed by Daniels Corporation and designed by Kirkor Architects, Limelight is being built in Mississauga City Centre, an area that is experiencing a boom in development. Today we're taking a look at one of Limelight's studio floorplans, called "The Kiwi."

With a total square footage of 525 sq.ft. (439 inside and an 86 sq.ft. balcony), The Kiwi is a traditionally-sized studio. The small size doesn't limit the amount of storage space — a large entry hall closet, laundry room and tucked away storage space in the living room make up for the unit's smaller stature.
