The demolition of the Greyhound Bus Parcel Express depot at 154 Front Street East at Sherbourne is quickly winding down. It had been on and off for about a month now and has pretty much concluded today, leaving nothing but rubble to be carted away over the next couple days. Take a look at the video below, shot just this morning.

With the Greyhound platform gone, the stage is set for Cityzen to press forward with their plans to develop the site. Cityzen has proposed two residential towers for 154 Front Street East of 24 and 34 storeys connected by a roof garden. The proposed building (shown above) is being designed by architectsAlliance, however Cityzen still requires zoning approval from the City to move forward now that the Greyhound depot is gone.
