The Bond condominiums in central Toronto will be celebrating their grand opening this coming weekend. UrbanToronto stopped by the sales office at 290 Adelaide Street West for the Lifetime Develpments project recently to get a good look at the scale model.
The views of the model above and below show the modern building from the southwest, close to the same aspect seen in the rendering of the building at the bottom of this article which many will be familiar with. The Bond will sit mid-block on the north side of Adelaide, across from where Cinema Tower and Pinnacle on Adelaide are now under construction. Street level at The Bond will feature retail, while podium levels of the Core Architects-designed building will feature offices and amenities for condominium.
At the top on the podium on the west side, residents on The Bond will enjoy an outdoor pool.
The east side of the podium features terraces for outdoor dining and relaxation.
Balconies on the 41-storey tower will feature mirrored glass panels, much like the panels which appear on Luna at CityPlace, also a Core Architects design.

The grand opening is taking place on both Saturday the 26th and Sunday the 27th, between noon and 5 PM. Special incentives available to those who attend the Grand Opening weekend. Details can be discussed with The Bond sales team.
