Though the exact date has not been made public, the presentation centre for Beaverhall Homes and Graywood Developments' Ocean Club condominiums will soon be coming down to make way for construction to begin. Among the amenities, the building will feature a waterside bistro with outdoor patio, an indoor salt-water pool and a billiards room. Only a select few suites remain in this Page + Steele-designed waterfront complex, which is no surprise for a site with such a view!
