Lifetime Developments has just released their full rendering of The Bond Condominiums in the Entertainment District. It shows a modern 41-storey tower rising over Adelaide Street, with a podium that reaches the height of the Scotiabank Cinemas of which it is a neighbour. Designed by Core Architects, the building is all clean lines, with multiple projecting rectangular forms near street level.
