Another new proposal has reached us at UrbanToronto. This time its for a 17 storey condo at 170 Spadina, which is just north of Queen. The building would contain 186 units along with 65 parking spots spread over 4 underground levels. The developer is Tri-Win International Investment Group. Here's the location of the proposed building.
