Work continues on the new Puente de Luz Bridge that will connect CityPlace to Front Street. Back in early August the first phase was raised into place. Now we have word that the second phase will be put into place tonight after midnight. The second phase, as seen in this picture by UrbanToronto forum member Red Mars, is at the location awaiting installation.

Paid for by Concord Adex, the developer of CityPlace, the bridge was designed by Chilean designer Francisco Gazitua. Check here and here to view work on the first phase. And check back here over the weekend as we follow work on the second and final phase of this cool looking bridge.
