Monarch launched sales at its 49-storey Lago Condominiums this past weekend with the premiere opening of their new sales centre in a beatuful spot overlooking Humber Bay and the Toronto skyline. The beautiful, modern glass and steel building is marked by large wooden decks and soffits, with panes of coloured glass adding energy to space. Both the sales centre and Lago itself are designed by Graziani + Corarzza Architects.
