Yesterday we ran a piece on the view looking down at Concert Properties' The Berczy Condo from London On The Esplanade. Today we use the same vantage point to look at the new Market Wharf condo as it rises.

The 33 storey condo is located at 18 Lower Jarvis. The podium is nearing completion while the tower is just set to start rising.
