On Saturday morning we just happened to be driving by when we noticed Sherbourne closed closed for the removal of the construction crane at The Modern Condo. And we wouldn't be true UrbanToronto members without jumping out to get a few photos.

Located at 320 Richmond St. East (the northeast corner of Richmond and Sherbourne), the 17 storey condo is being developed by Empire Communities with design by DTAH Architects and E.I. Richmond Architects.

Certainly a great addition to this neighbourhood.
