Let's take another trip to one of those little gems that has, for the most part, flown under the UrbanToronto radar. The project is North Shore Condos located at 1 Hurontario in Mississauga. A very urban addition to a rapidly improving neighbourhood.

Now let's replace that gas station with something just as good as North Shore. 

Developed by the partnership of Fram Building Group and Slokker Real Estate Group, the 22 and 6 storey condominium was designed by Ralph Giannone of Giannone Petricone Associates.

We need more projects like this across the GTA.
